TICKETS:


How can I order admissions/Tickets?

Tickets can be purchased directly on our website. Your  email confirmation of your purchase serves as your ticket to the event.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the door.

I purchased my tickets but I have not received my ticket.


Your email confirmation serves as your ticket. If you do not see an email in your "inbox" please check your spam. If you still don't see anything, please contact us.

I don’t have a printer. How can I get into the event if I can’t print my ticket?

If you can open your email on your device, we can use your email verification as your ticket.


Can I re-enter the event if I leave?


Yes, you can! Upon registration, you will be given a bracelet. You will be required to keep these for the duration of the event for re-entry.

I lost or never received my tickets. How can I get another copy?

If you have lost or not received your tickets, please use our contact us form and let us help you.


I can’t make the event. Can I get a refund?

No.  All admission tickets for the event are non-refundable.  However, tickets are transferable with the permission of the organizers. Please contact us.

 

The event is postponed for whatever reason. What now?

We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled. However, if a ticketholder cannot make the new date, they can transfer the ticket to another person with the permission of the organizers. Please contact us.


AUTOGRAPH/PHOTO-OP AREAS:


Do I have to bring things for the talent to sign?


We recommend that you bring whatever item you want the talent to sign. Pease keep in mind that talent reserves the right to refuse to sign the item if they feel it is not appropriate. We will have photos at the event for talent to sign if you do not bring something to sign.


Can I have the talent sign multiple items?

That decision is up to the talent. We will monitor requests to make sure that they are reasonable, i.e. two items versus ten.


How many people can be in my photo-op?

 Admission includes on professional photo with a single person plus a buddy that will be printed at the event. 


Do I get a print out of my photo-op?

Yes. These will be printed and available for pick up at the event. 


I don’t like my picture can I do a retake?

We do not do retakes. However, our photographers may take two or three shots to ensure that everyone looks their best in their photo. 

OTHER:

What is your policy on video recording and photography?

Video and audio recording of panels is prohibited.  We do not allow flash photography, selfie sticks, and tripods, extenders, GoPro accessories are not permitted (safety issue). Organizers reserve the right to change this policy based on specific circumstances

Is the Holy Ghost Society accessible to people with a disability requiring wheelchairs, walkers, and electric scooters?

COVID? 

Be assured that we will follow all public health CDC, Massachusetts and Salem guidelines regarding large gatherings at this event. We will have masks and plenty of hand sanitizer available no matter what the situation. We want everyone to feel safe while enjoying themselves!!! 

Anti-Harassment Policy:


We are committed to providing a safe and fun experience for all attendees, exhibitors, and guests.  This includes in person events, virtual events and online/social media activity on sites that we administer. Inappropriate behavior of any kind, including but not limited to harassment because of age, disability, marital status, race or color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity will not be tolerated.

At The Event:  

Any threatening behavior with the intent to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment or embarrass another is unacceptable and grounds for removal from the event without refund. If unacceptable behavior continues upon being escorted from the event, local authorities will be contacted and criminal charges may follow. Anyone who feels that their experience is being compromised due to unacceptable or questionable behavior or witnesses such behavior, is encouraged to speak with organizers with any concerns so appropriate action can be taken.

Online:

Any threatening behavior with the intent to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment or embarrass another is unacceptable.  If this type of behavior occurs online you will be removed, blocked, restricted and/or reported to the appropriate forum.
Anyone who feels that their experience is being compromised due to unacceptable or questionable behavior, or witnesses such behavior, is encouraged to speak with organizers immediately with any concerns so appropriate action can be taken.
